Remarks:
- Authors must register as full on or before June 16th, for papers to be included in the proceedings.
- Each paper must be covered by a full registration. Authors with multiple papers will need to register multiple times to make sure each paper is covered by a full registration.
- Regular papers should be no more than 8 pages + references and poster papers 2 pages (including references). For regular papers, there is a cost of HK$1,000/page for extra pages, up to two extra pages. No extra page is allowed for poster papers.
- Please refer to IEEE Event Registration Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions will also apply for ASAP 2024.
- IEEE membership number and student proof are required for IEEE member / student registration. You can upload your student proof in pdf, jpg, or png.
- Registration fees include attending to all sessions, coffee/tea, lunch as well as Gala Dinner.
